Our Resident Triathlete

July 2010 - I have received some inquiries about our own Tami Marsters, Deale Food Rite's Dairy Manager, and her triathlon adventures. So, for those of you waiting for the latest, here it is. . .

I originally posted after Tami completed the Osprey Sprint Triathlon in October 2009, that she would again be competing in 2010. Tami did enter the Ocean City 1/2 Marathon in April 2010. Unfortunately her running partner, Amy, suffered an injury just days before the event. They began the race, but Amy's injury just got worse. As a result, they withdrew from the race. Amy is recuperating and they are continuing their training in hopes to compete in a 1/2 Iron Man Triathlon in October 2010. Updates will be posted as they become available.
